Once you have finished your snack or drink please place mask back on your face, covering your nose and mouth! SICK: If you are not feeling well, please cancel/ reschedule your appointment! VIP APPOINTMENTS Text: 904.742.1651 For priority booking you may text; however, dates are first come first serve. VIP packages are always available for purchase! If you have questions, feel free to reach out. CALENDAR: The calendar is Open on the 15th of the previous month. For example: January 2024 calendar availability starts December 15th, 2023. February 2024 calendar availability is January 15th, 2024. If you are NOT VIP, please book on the 15th!!! CONSULTATIONS: This service is reserved for clients experiencing alopecia, extreme thinning in hair or edges , hair less than 3 inches, and new clients. Phone OR FaceTime consultations are available at no cost to you. DEPOSITS: Deposits are required when booking services with extensions! The deposit is included in your ending balance. LATE ARRIVALS: Timeliness is important to my clients and my brand so please be considerate by booking your services accordingly and arriving on time. Additional fees will apply if you don’t comply. 10 minutes=$5 15 minutes=Cancelled and charged 50% of your service!!! CANCELLATIONS: 24 HOUR notice of cancellation is required. No Exceptions!!! Same-day cancellation: (50% of remaining balance is due) No-call/no-show: (100% of the remaining balance is due) You may reschedule via the booking app for up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. If card on file is decline, you will have the option to update your card information to collect balances. If I cannot collect balances, you will no longer be service by me and you will be blocked for future appointments. PAYMENT METHODS: I accept payments in the form of cash, Zelle, PayPal & credit/debit card. Starting January 1st 2024, I will no longer accept Cash app! SERVICES: When booking your hair service, please book all services you need done for that day! Time may not permit for additional services added last minute due to appointments scheduled before or after you. For example: If you schedule a Natural braided style at 9:00 but you need a shampoo but you did not add the shampoo to your services, but I have a 11:00 after your service (service time varies on length of hair) you will not be able to add a shampoo service to your appointment. This will cause a delay in time for my next client being serviced after you. So please make sure you book all services that you need for that day. You can also check with me to see if you can add additional services last minute to your appointment and I will let you know if time will allow or if we need to reschedule you. *Not all services come with shampoos! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. She Rock Hair Studio has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify She Rock Hair Studio at 9047421651 or nesha@sherockhairstudio.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
